China Jiangsu Source Curtain Manufacturer ("Huajing") is a curtain manufacturer registered in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only after we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) and receive the agreed deposit. Verbal commitments are not binding.
Prices are EXW Wuxi unless otherwise noted, exclude duties at destination, and are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods: Stripe (cards, Apple Pay), T/T bank wire, L/C at sight, PayPal. Late payment carries interest at 1.5%/month.
Lead times are estimates from receipt of deposit and signed artwork. Force majeure events (natural disasters, port closures, government action) may extend lead times — we will notify you within 5 business days of any delay.
Risk transfers per Incoterm specified on the PI (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP — see Shipping page). Title transfers on full payment. Buyer is responsible for import duties and customs clearance under EXW / FOB / CIF terms.
Buyer must inspect goods within 7 days of receipt and report defects with photos. Verified manufacturing defects: free replacement or pro-rata refund. No returns for buyer's design changes after artwork approval.
Buyer warrants that all artwork, logos and designs supplied are owned or licensed by the buyer. Huajing retains rights to our original designs, fabric patterns and process know-how.
Both parties keep commercial terms, designs and project details confidential for 5 years. NDAs are available on request before sample stage.
Workmanship warranty: lifetime for stitching defects on properly installed and cared-for curtains. Fabric warranty: 2 years against premature fading or wear under normal use.
Huajing's total liability for any claim is capped at the invoice value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved by arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Shanghai, in English.
We may update these Terms. Material changes apply only to orders placed after the updated terms are posted. Last updated: January 2026.
